Thank you for contacting us.

For International Customers, we always do our best to maintain the 7-10 business days schedule and deliver our goods to our customer's door as swiftly as possible.

Our stock management team was on holiday from September 24th to 26th due to Korean Thanksgiving. No restocking of items and shipment took place during these dates. Normal operations resumes today.

Rest assured that the remaining item will be shipped as soon as it it ready.
Tracking number will be sent to you via email.

As to the refund for the sold out item, we already sent a follow up to the concerned department for checking.

We will send you an update as soon as we receive a feedback.
