Hello,

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and rest assured that we understand the sentiments.

Upon checking the history, you were claiming that you received a defective item.
We have checked all the proof and confirmed that the item is defective.
Because of this, we provided you with a return policy the last 9th of January, KST via email.
Seems like you did not receive our email :(
But for your reference, please check the attached screenshot for the copy of the email that we sent to you.
You can also check your spam folder.
And for your convenience, I will be resending the email of the return policy to you.

I understand that you received a defective item and we took full responsibility for that that was why we requested you to return the item and we will shoulder the return shipping costs as long as the receipt is provided.
We even asked you if you prefer a refund or reshipment for the defective item.

We also noticed that you filed a chargeback case against us.
A separate email has been sent to you for this issue.
Please check it and let us know so we can have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Once again, we truly are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
